Returns at Liint

At Liint, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can easily return it within 30 days of receipt. This gives you plenty of time to see if our product is right for you.

Terms and Conditions

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please take the following conditions into account.

  • Items must be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

  • Always keep the proof of shipment of your return shipment until you have received confirmation from us.

How to return a product

Follow these simple steps to return your item.

  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@liint.nl with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
  3. Please wait with the next step until we have approved your return request .
  4. Take the package and shipping label to a nearby PostNL location and have a return label printed. Or create a return label online and drop off the package at a nearby PostNL location.

Costs and reimbursement

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • After approval of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 business days via the original payment method.
